Interesting facts about the opening and the SkyCourt building

Nearly 18 000 people visited the building during the two days of the open weekend.

The quantity of steel used for the roof structure of the SkyCourt would be enough to cover a smaller sports hall.

The fourteen 80-meter-long support beams which make the SkyCourt shell-shaped weigh 70 tons each.

The contractor used approximately 1200 tons of steel for the roof structure.

The construction of the SkyCourt was a great challenge for all specialists involved, since a new building had to be constructed between two existing and operational ones.
