Qatar Airways starts direct, daily non-stop Budapest-Doha flights

Qatar Airways has commenced direct, daily operations between Budapest Airport and Doha, expanding the previous four times weekly schedule, introduced in January, and dropping the stop-over in Bucharest, Romania.

Budapest Airport attends 2011 World Route Development Forum

For the 10th consecutive year Budapest Airport will be participating at the 17th World Route Development Forum in Berlin from 2-4 October, with an attractive stand [hosted networking stand #N103] to communicate the airport’s fresh new brand and the benefits of the airport and Hungary.

Hungarian Post airport center inaugurated in Budapest

 

The new International Exchange of Hungarian Post was inaugurated near Terminal 2 of Budapest Airport. The facility itself was ready by October 2010 but due to the EU-Presidency of Hungary in early 2011 it was handed over by Hungarian Post to the needs of the presidency for six month.
